📦 Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags and certificates (if applicable).

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made or personalized pieces

    • Grillz

    • Final Sale items

    • Gift cards

💎 Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or another item of equal or lesser value.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

💰 Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

🚫 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos for a fast resolution.

📬 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@nyice.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send return instructions and a shipping label if eligible.

  3. Carefully repackage the item and ship it back.
